Termites Controls
Termites, also commonly known as white ants, destroy valuable property, documents, furniture and furnishing; anything that contains cellulose. They do this silently and swiftly, even before you become aware of the damage done. Termites infest and breed underground, in the soil. They crawl up through the minute cracks and crevices in the foundation and the walls of your building. As they march forward, they build mud channels to provide themselves with darkness and higher humidity, which they require to survive. When you notice such marks on your walls it is an indication that your house is under attack from termites. Cockroach Control
ODOURLESS GEL TREATMENT We offer the most advanced gel treatment for cockroaches and ants. This treatment is safe, quick, effective and stress free. You don’t need to empty the cabinets and drawers and you don’t even need to leave the house after the treatment. Our trained staff will apply this odourless gel at sensitive areas such as kitchen cabinets, drawers, cracks, hiding places and kitchen appliances. The Gel has an edible product especially attractive to cockroaches. The Gel also has a cascading effect. Once some cockroaches have eaten the gel they also contaminate other cockroaches thus producing cascading effect throughout the population of cockroaches. This leads to quick eradication. About 80% of cockroaches die in about one week. The remaining cockroaches are effectively controlled within three weeks. It takes about 30 minutes to treat a flat of about 750 Sq. Ft.
Bed bugs Controls
Bed bugs live on human blood for survival. They generally hide in mattress seam and bed cracks. They may also hide in furniture and cracks & crevices in the wall. They spread mainly by baggage and clothing of travellers and visitors, bedding material and furniture. The bed bugs treatment may have to be repeated within a fortnight to ensure complete eradication of bed bugs. The treatment is done by spraying the insecticide, especially in the seams of the mattress and other places infested by bed bugs. The bed bugs die on contact with the insecticide. The treatment may have to be repeated within a fortnight to ensure complete eradication of bed bugs. There will be no extra cost for the repeat service. It takes about 1-1.5 hours to treat a flat of about 750 Sq. Ft.

It is advisable to get the General Disinfestation (GD) treatment done at regular intervals as lizards, spiders & crawling insects can always reinvest from the surroundings. The treatment is carried out by spraying insecticide in every crack and crevice of the premises to reach all the hidden parts. All utensils, containers, raw and cooked food should be removed from the kitchen (or from the area for making tea etc. in offices) and kept on the dining table or in the middle of the drawing room or some other room. They should be covered with an old bed-sheet or newspapers so that the insecticide does not accidentally fall on them.
